Gratitude Therapy

Sometimes in therapy we can get stuck on problems and issues instead of focusing on all the things that are going well. We can even get so stuck that we ruminate and talk about the same problems and issues over and over, and don’t move forward in life.

Have you ever worked with a child or teen and asked them what is going well in their lives or what they are grateful for?

We developed Dirty Clouds Card Game to help kids identify and focus on all the things that are going well in their lives and to help them develop a life skill of gratitude.

The old saying, “What we focus on grows” is true. If all we see are problems, then that is the life we create. Help kids and teens to create a happier life while addressing problems, helping and guiding them to see the positives in life.
